Influneti and Tellall began the creation of the brandbook for Qeleshja, a tourism brand promoting Albania, by immersing themselves in the country’s rich cultural heritage, natural beauty, and unique experiences that it offers to international tourists. The process started with comprehensive research, involving consultations with local tourism experts, cultural historians, and stakeholders in the hospitality industry. This initial phase was essential to uncover the diverse facets of Albania — from its stunning landscapes and vibrant cities to its centuries-old traditions and warm hospitality. The aim was to craft a brand identity that authentically reflects Albania’s spirit, positioning it as an emerging destination that captivates and inspires travelers from around the world.

 

With a deep understanding of Albania’s unique attributes, Influneti and Tellall moved into the creative phase, developing a visual and verbal identity for Qeleshja that would differentiate it in the global tourism market. The agencies chose the name “Qeleshja,” inspired by the traditional Albanian felt cap, symbolizing the country’s cultural pride and distinctive heritage. The design team created a logo that incorporated the silhouette of the Qeleshja cap, along with a dynamic color palette that reflects the vibrant landscapes and diverse culture of Albania. The typography was selected to convey a sense of adventure and exploration, while the imagery focused on authentic moments of connection, discovery, and joy, capturing the true essence of traveling in Albania.

 

The next step was the development of the brandbook itself, a strategic document that encapsulates Qeleshja’s brand identity and guidelines. The brandbook was meticulously crafted to serve as a guide for all future marketing and promotional activities, ensuring consistency and coherence across various platforms and materials. It includes detailed instructions on logo usage, color schemes, typography, imagery style, and tone of voice, all tailored to communicate the adventurous spirit, cultural richness, and natural beauty of Albania. The brandbook also emphasizes storytelling, highlighting personal narratives from travelers and locals that bring the brand to life and engage potential tourists emotionally.

 

To finalize the brandbook, Influneti and Tellall conducted workshops with key stakeholders, including tourism boards, travel agencies, and local businesses, to gather feedback and ensure alignment with the broader goals of promoting Albania as a top travel destination. This collaborative approach helped refine the brand message and positioning, ensuring it resonated with both local partners and international audiences. The result is a comprehensive brandbook that not only celebrates Albania’s unique appeal but also provides a clear roadmap for elevating its profile on the global stage.
