Influneti and Tellall set out to create a compelling brandbook for Flatra, a tourism agency dedicated to promoting Albania’s potential to international tourists. The process began with a deep dive into understanding Albania’s unique selling points as a destination — from its unspoiled coastlines and rugged mountains to its ancient history, vibrant culture, and modern hospitality. The agencies conducted extensive research, including market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and stakeholder interviews, to identify what makes Albania stand out. This phase was essential for defining the core values and mission of Flatra, ensuring that the brand would reflect Albania’s authenticity and appeal to a wide range of global travelers.

Building on these insights, the creative team at Influneti and Tellall developed a visual and verbal identity that would resonate with Flatra’s target audience. The name “Flatra,” meaning “wing” in Albanian, was chosen to symbolize freedom, exploration, and the spirit of travel. The logo was designed to be dynamic and memorable, featuring a stylized wing motif that evokes a sense of movement and adventure. The color palette was inspired by Albania’s diverse landscapes — from the deep blues of the Ionian Sea to the lush greens of its valleys and the warm tones of its historic towns. Typography was carefully selected to balance modernity with tradition, reflecting the agency’s commitment to offering authentic and contemporary travel experiences.

 

Next, the agencies focused on crafting the brandbook, a comprehensive guide that outlines Flatra’s brand identity and strategic positioning. The brandbook includes detailed guidelines for logo usage, color schemes, typography, and imagery, ensuring a consistent visual language across all marketing and communication channels. It also defines the brand’s tone of voice — friendly, informative, and inspiring — aimed at capturing the curiosity of travelers seeking new adventures. The brandbook features storytelling elements, showcasing real-life experiences and testimonials from tourists who have explored Albania, as well as content that highlights the country’s hidden gems, cultural festivals, and unique activities. This approach helps convey the emotional appeal of Albania as a destination, building a strong connection with potential travelers.

Finally, Influneti and Tellall conducted validation sessions with key stakeholders, including representatives from the tourism sector, travel bloggers, and local communities, to ensure the brandbook aligned with Flatra’s goals and vision. Feedback was gathered to fine-tune the brand elements and refine the messaging to better resonate with international markets.
